Please help questions

Hi Everyone

I have a vu duo 2 .

I have a number of questions to ask :

1/ has any one had problems with the screen freezing ... iv noticed that it freezes when its on for a long time ... should I put another fan or what temp should it be as it goes to 30 c

2/ How do I change the language settings for everything to be in English ... so for eg if I go to Italian movies it will be in English

3/ how do I record one programme only once for eg when recording match of the day it records 3

1:- If this does not happen on FTA channels then we can not help so please clarify ( but don't break our rules )

2:- Blue button x2 then auto language settings ( you can not get and English sound track if it is not being broadcast )

3:-When you set the timer make sure it is set to record once.
