First of all, please, don't use capital letters because, in the Internet world, it means screaming.
Second: you don't need a "memory cleaner" because the best way to "clean" an image from a faulty or problematic plugin is access by a FTP client to your box and delete its folder.
System's plugin are in
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins
Non system's ones are in
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions
and it is among them that's very likely the plugin you need to delete.
That said, my suspect is that it's not a faulty plugin your problem but some wrong setting you decided during installation.
Next time, please, explain everything because messages like yours are useless.
