Then contact your supplier, explain the problem, and ask them to test it.
If nothing is wrong, with the receiver, they probably will charge you the postage.
 
Ok if you install OBH image.

Then I have a file you can test to see if it solves your problem.

But I do not have any files to test BH for the moment.

I do not know the model Philips, but I know that 50PUT6400 model has the same problem.
I had to make a TV (factory reset, reinstall via remote), the latest software update via USB. (HDMI 1)

Ultimo 4K - Solved by set to 1080p, and then changed to 2160P. But I had to try 50Hz, 60Hz, 8bit, 10bit, 12bit does not start until the picture. I had to replace the cable.

Yesterday I tried the Philips 55PUS6561 that immediately after replacing HDMI cable play video

Install OpenBH, do the online updates, and then take a look at the av resolution options.
