This might be as simple as your viewing settings.
Try logging in from your PC, using openwebif, providing you know your receivers IP address.
If you don't try searching using the DCC, Dreambox Control Centre:

Run the DCC.exe file, after unzipping, using wirar, winzip, or the free 7-zip.
When the program is running use the search options, press suchen, then suche, and it should find all devices connected to your network.
Once you have this just type the address into an internet browser, like firefox, and you should have access to your receiver, so you can adjust the video settings to suit your television.
