Problem with EMP-CENTAURI DISEqC 4x1 S4/1PCN-W1 and VU+ uno

I have EMP-CENTAURI DISEqC 4x1 S4/1PCN-W1 and vu+ uno.I have installed 4 lnB's(a19,b16,c13,d9) but i cant get any signal on 16 and 9 degrees.I am using blackhole 1.6.5 image and my tuner configuration are :

configuration mode: simple
mode :diseqc a/b/c/d
port a : astra 19e
port b : eurobird 16e
port c : hotbird 13e
port d : 9e
set voltage and 22khz : yes
send diseqc only on satellite : no

astra and hotbird work fine.I have also tried this system on my DM800 and humax 5400z and i have signal on 4 satellites.

can anyone help ?

Try to change the mode configuration. Read on your switch wich disqec is compatible for. I propose to use the mode disqec for wich you have 4 inputs: AA, AB, BA, BB
try it. it works for me (but in vu+solo, I think there is no difference with the UNO version).

I have same DISEqC with LNB for 23.5E-19.2E-28.5E-0.8W. Dish is Toroidal T55. Everything works well. Setting are same as yours. No problems.
DISEqC is working OK, check dish position, LNB positions and cable connections.
