Quick Weather V8.2 Plugin with BH 2.1.6

Hi I'm using BH 2.1.6 on my duo2 and I downloaded via the ADDON Download manager Quick Weather V8.2. It installed correctly and I entered setup up to enter the City I live in and it didn't accept it. I used both options (I think weather servers) and both did not work. It said something like failure in the Sat xml file on the actual Quick Weather window on the left hand side.
Now In my Duo2 in MAIN MENU/Weather Forecast/ I entered my City where I live and its added and all is 100%. Do I have to shut this one OFF if so how do I do it besides entering another City.
Is Quick Weather 8.2 working correctly for BH 2.1.6 for a duo2? Or Do I have to change a setting anywhere else to get this plugin working.

Its seems nobody knows nothing about this plugin Quick Weather V 8.2 and if it does work. Its a pity because where we live we could have a full SUN sky and within 30-45 minutes storms are raging. Now since I don't own a mobile phone and I'm not married to a computer but do use the duo2 a lot it would be great if this plugin would work as all I have to do is press the ok button once or just change channel and come back for the plugin to appear.
Can anyone please shed some light on this plugin as to why (spent another 30 minutes on it yesterday trying to get it working) either I cannot get it showing the City and the weather for that city (tried most cities in Australia) or is there a bug in it or the weather server use by this plugin does not have Australian weather in it.
Mind you the Weather Forcast found in Menu/Weather Forecast works PERFECT but is a pain to go through the menu and press down,down,down at least 8 times to get what you want.

By the way there is very little info about this plugin via Google
 
Thanks for the reply guys. What bummer that Plugin would have been handy as our weather can change 4 seasons in 4 hours.
