Record playback stuttering with loads of frozen pixels

Hello

I have problem with playback of recorded video it is stuttering with loads of frozen pixels.

The same situation when I pause HD channel and after few second play it again.

If I rewind and watch it again it is stuttering at exactly the same time.



The problem also appear when I use streaming .


I use latest Black Bole image 2.1.1. Use internal SSD 250 GB


Can you help me?

Check your internet speed!
Or
HD may be full!

HDD is new and empty. Just installed to ne box.

Network is also ok. I'm connected by cable and can easy stream full HD video.
