After installing the plugin DUO2 restarts again and again and not get into the menu that I did the factory settings can be reset to factory settings also do differently?

Plugin u installed not compatible with ur box so what u can do is if u can connect to the ur box via ftp delete that plugin if u can't then just re flash ur box pls make sure backup all ur settings befor re flash
