You can not use both LNBs at the same time because you have DiSEqC between.
I do not understand the function of the second fixed LNB
when they are connected with one cable from DiSEqC.

the first reason is cabling and second reason is due to here(iran) we have high amount of parazit so we need to install one dish in proper location that we have low amount parazit so the reason is these.
i know i cant use 2 LNB in same time

Then you have to use the advanced tuner setup
but I do not know details because I do not have such installation.

What dieseqc do you use?
here is few ways depends of type of switch that you use

version 1 - this is more frequently used

lnb1----->diseqc1.1------>AA Uncommited input 1
lnb2----->diseqc1.1------>AB Uncommited input 1
lnb3----->diseqc1.1------>BA Uncommited input 1
lnb4----->diseqc1.1------>BB Uncommited input 1

lnb5----->diseqc1.1------>AA Uncommited input 2
lnb6----->diseqc1.1------>AB Uncommited input 2
lnb7----->diseqc1.1------>BA Uncommited input 2
lnb8----->diseqc1.1------>BB Uncommited input 2

Dear in my building we have centralized satellite system which is connected with amplifier. 3 satellite is available Nilesate, hotbird and asaiasat
but when I am tunning only one I am getting either nilesat or hotbird or asiasat. how to get all three tighter.
