Skin without predefined space for picons

Hi guys, I hate picons. Because I never have all and there are always some that are not accurate or updated. I was wondering if there is any skin for BH image without the predefined space for picons.

I think no becouse picon is standart on satelite world if you no like i think best will be if you no installed any picon on your box. In this way you will be see defoult picon on all chanell
