smartcard on VU+Duo2

I bought two VU+ the solo 2 and the duo2 . With the same channels setting , I cannot watch on the duo 2 what I can see on the solo 2 . I use for the both the same viaccess cam neotion and the channels setting are the following:

TNS on Intelsat 18 at 180.0°E

11075 v tp FP3K DVB-S2 8PSK SR 45000 FEC ¾

These channels are crypted and I have this message :” you do not have the rights for the program…”
It seems like VU+ did not recognize the smartcard

Could someone tell me which firmware is able to fix this issue, which doesn’t exist with the solo2.
I use BH 2.05

Can you try with another Viaccess CAM ?
 
one cam is viaccess neotion secure , the second one is red viaccess both works on solo2
and both does not on duo2

Thanks for the info.
I've in my home a Viaccess Red (Smit labeled) and i will try to use it with my subscription on my Duo2.
I can reply with results only tomorrow eveinng.
