Solo 4K remote control is lagging!! Help.plz

i just bought the solo 4k. whenever i press any button on RC, the receiver takes 3 to 5 seconds to respond !!! i installed the latest BH, then connected my old RC (VU+ Duo) with the Solo 4k and im getting the same results. after that i reinstalled BH. nothing has changed !!! its very laggy. do u know how to fix this? or should i just send it back?

That is not ok.
Insall orginal Vu image.If the same.Box back.

You try change batterry in RCU ?

nothing has changed ?!!! maybe the IR receiver in my solo 4k is dameged. my old duo feels like a ferrari compared to what i have!! i will send it back to dubai.
