Request some HELP "software problem" + green screen

Hi to all , I have a green screen displaying that i have a software problem my vu +uno . It is flashing between that screen and vu support screen which is showing loading defaults in top left corner. The green screen is saying " your stb encountered a software problem log file /hdd/and further down it shows your stb restarts in 10 seconds but is flashes between the two screens . The uno won't open any other screen . It is also giving a list of 10 files on the green screen, down from those it says syntax error no element found line 1 , column 0 , exit code 5 .Your help is needed please

Post here the crashlog file.

Did U install a new plug-in (out of BH Server)....if U did ,,,its not compatible or corrupted, remove it and install only from BH server or one that tested by BH Team!

You have installed old webinterface that is not not compatible and old old old
This is not the webinterface of bh image.
we don't support it.

Yes it was installed ,mistakes are made but the problem is no menu will open i need to remove it but how. As i have wrote earlier it flashes between two different screen that's it i can't open anything else again help

you have to telnet or ftp to your box and delete the file plugin.py in webinterface plugin.

I talk about BH images: the OpenWebif shipped with the image works properly via Wifi too.
I suggest to reflash your box and don't reinstall old webif.

I am encountering the same problem but how can I remove the plugin if Telnet will not connect?
