STB Software update

Hi, I have a VU+ Solo & have just done a Software Update of BH Image from STB. Software has been downloaded & I have the following message :

Done - Installed or upgraded 276 packages
Press OK on your remote control to continue

I am pressing OK button on remote control but nothing is happen.
Have I done anything wrong & what can I do to proceed
Your help will be greatly appreciated

Reboot your box.
 
I have same problem 20 times I have switch on/of green light constantly solid remote control working as well no menu just black screen

plase help
