Not compatible with full hd skin!

loaded tsmedia to a new receiver today and get "addons Download Failure" No internet connection or server down"
in Desktop> Tools> Addons
same for files and can't do the "Skin setup" either

So server must be down because my internet connection is fine
but it's been 10 hours already

any ideas when the server might be up?
