It seems your image isn't original.. I think you have a clone and you have a patched image. I don't know how they hack our image and we can't help you further..
 
From your screenshot appear Linuxsat-support that isn't an our domain. Our image don't refer that URL so.. Or your messed up your download file, or you changed inside /etc/opkg. or i don't know... Download and try again.

Our USB tuner driver require a stable situation
 
What do you mean all? I'm updated online to (2.1.70.01) version. It was about 29 updates. But unfortunately still nothing :-(

My USB tuner works fine only on front usb port. None of rear ports detects the usb tuner.
What's is difference between the front port and the rear ones? (SOLO 2)
By the way, My HDD & Wi-Fi work fine with rear ports.

Probably into rear ports the device cannot take all the power needed to work correctly and into the front port can get it.
