There are 3 different chances:
1) the easiest is if you have a static IP address by your provider, but this is almost always an option and it costs.

For the player I use BSPlayer, donloawd this player in the Play Store. When you select a channel to stream, the app will ask which player you want to use, use this one.
As for the call out of the house, take it easy ... first get it working within your network, understand how it works, then go to the outside call.
