Vu Duo+ 2 Software Update Help Plz

Vu+ Newbie
I am attempting to update my BH software from 2.0.6 to 2.1.0 via USB but it wont do it.

Can anyone pls help me.

Is your USB stick formatted in Fat 32?
Have you checked you have the correct folders loaded?
After turning the receiver on, at the rear, are you holding down the power button, behind the front flap?

Hi,
Not sure how long to hold the button in for after restarting the box.
Can possibly give me a step - step guide plz.
 
yip im trying to do this but wont seem to do it.

I have placed the duo 2.1.0 folder on the USB - is that correct ?
 
The USB pendrive root must contain only the "vuplus" folder with its subfolders as unzipped from the downloaded file.
Use only front USB.
No other USB pendrive connected to the box.

It worked this time - I had to remove the power lead for it to work correctly - Thx for your help and support - Much appreciated
