vu duo cant read usb to flash

Hi guys I have problem when I flash vu duo
the image version is old which is 1.7.9
I try with versions such as 1.7.9 , 2.0.1 and 2.1.2 but not success to flash

also it has internal hardisk 320 GB

also today I flash my duo 2 with no problem in same flash 16 GB which format on FAT32

Please any one can help me and thank yuo

He not say how the problem was solved

He said everything ok with flash

The solution not clear

I will go the thread and ask him how he solved
