Is there a way, as the plugin for Solo2, to configure a/v h264 http stream with Solo and BH?

It's quite simple...
1) change bitrate for AUDIO and for VIDEO
2) change resolution for VIDEO (i think it's impossible)
so my stream is lighter...
For Solo2 there is a plugin that does it... but, obviously, Solo2 has a dual core cpu that does it, i think...
ps. now i use VLC to restream my a/v to external p2p destination... but sometimes a/v is corrupted and stream is blocked, need to stop/start vlc-server and restart it...

With Solo there is nothing to do sorry. CPU is not yet capable to transcode in realtime the stream.
