VU+ SOLO can't connect HDMI into Samsung TV

If you do have a genuine, original, VU+ Solo, and not a clone, then you can try Black Hole 3.0.8:

or Open Black Hole 4.2:

But each receiver has its own version, the links above are for the old VU+ Solo.

Thank you

I update to Black Hole 3.0.8, but is the same black screen with my Samsung TV

Any one knows if I can find any plugin/addon to do this?
"update their HDCP protocols."

It's up to your TV, not the receiver
and HDCP protocol.
Solo works smoothly with my Samsung 4K TV, but not the same Samsung model.
Did you try different HDMI inputs?
Does the TV work with the same HDMI input with other devices?

Yes Im sure.
Im testing receivers on my Samsung UE40JU6450.
All VU + receivers work with Samsung UE40JU6450.

Is there anything on screen when you connect Solo to TV?
Message ??

Is Samsung support playing with me?

I do not know that,
maybe there is a specific problem with that model and Solo ,I do not know that.

But you did not answer my questions.
Does a message appear when you connect the receiver to the HDMI port that you selected with the remote source button Samsung TV
and on the same HDMI input from your TV,
or any sign that the solo is connected.

Connect your receiver with A/V cable to your tv set and check if u have any signal ( picture or logo from Solo). if it Works Go to menu . Av setting and set the mode to HDMI save it and reconnect with hdmi .
If u see any signal its fine but if u dont see any signal at hdmi but u have in A/V then it can be the hardware issue as well.
One thing more you have not told us which type hdmi cable you are using hdmi 1.4 or hdmi 2.0
Anyway try above tip and report here.

I select HDMI 3 and shows a mini black screen in bottom right corner.
With message:
"No signal detected..." (I'm sure that cable is connected correctly)

Sorry my Newbie question:
I bought the VU + in Switzerland and the TV in Portugal, can it be this?

NO

Absolutely irrelevant where you bought it

It's strange
And for me the unknown cause of your problem.

I do not know if you tried reset TV
on fabricate settings ?

You can try and put in A/V in the receiver on 50Hz
(Of course on the TV where your solo works)

Main Menu >>Setup>>System>>A/V Settings>> Refres Rate 50 HZ>>Save
Check if OK other settings
output HDMI
Mode 1080p
===========================
Disables HDMI CEC if enabled in HDMI CEC Configuration in the receiver.

I will wait for Samsung remote support.
