Vu+ Solo4k MTS module not working properly, help!

At this point, as you found out the needed settings, it would be very interesting to know if they work also with OBH. ;)
 
Yes, sure, I will try. But I found this morning two Images other than BH and OBH did not work even if I set the PID item to yes. PID routing in those images, different from PID Filtering in BH, but probably it's beyond the difference of names.

The experience with OBH of 2 days ago was that authentication of the CI could not be made in last try, but I will try later on and provide the result.

I am a rookie even though I have been fan of satellite receiving for years.

I am now working on adding a language that is not included in the options of available languages under the instruction of Zeng, who is the owner of this account. Due to certain reason, I could not succeed in registering in this website probably due to the local limitation of the internet.

OK: it's strange you don't have your language, unless you chose to delete all other languagest bu ENglish at the time of first boot.
Anyway, to install a language package for the language xx use this telnet command

opkg install enigma2-locale-xx
 
Yes, after some difficult minutes, finally I made it but unperfectly. Some information is not converted in the menu. The reason for local language is not because of the menu (which is fine, so long there is English), but when Chinese is supposed to be displayed elsewhere, unreadable code will be displayed.

People in Europe are lucky to enjoy many satellite service providers. But in East Asia, the scenario is totally different. If I want to watch more 4K channels, this MTS seems to be the only one that can chosen. Coverage areas of Japanese and Korean satellites are limited and also not in English.

Translations are not part of images from origin but they rely on "external" volunteers' work.
It means the chinese localization has been put aside...
 
Yes, some industries are not well developed in China, such as digital radio broadcasting (DAB was used for some years and then abandoned), satellite tv etc. and that partly explains the lack of localization of the images in the Chinese language...
 
Hi, I tried again with OBH and unfortunately similar phenomenon occurred, i.e. authorization cannot be successfully carried out after hours of setting the STB on a scrambled channel--as feedback.

On the other hand, this thread can be used as reference for the MTS (MTC) CI users to be able to normally enjoy the services.

Further, BTW, Mr. Zeng uses OBH (no CI is concerned) and says it's perfect system.
