Vu uno hdmi and usb ports stopped working

Hello everyone,
Can someone tell where I should look in hardware:hdmi and usb ports stopped working.
Tuner and everything else working all o.k
Any hints will be apreciated.

Only think you can do is Update FPGA first shutdown VU+
Remove All USB Devices then Clean Install Latest
BH 1.7.2 image in Flash.
Confirm HDMI/USB functionality by testing with multiple devices and other TV For HDMI.
If this fails also, Better contact your Reseller.

If you cannot Flash VU+ Try to
format (Fat32) USB Stick or use other USB Stick,
if you still cannot Flash VU+ Contact reseller.
