VU+ UNO PROBLEM on changing channel

HI at all,
i've a problem with my new VU+ UNO IMAGE 2.07
The system is composed of wi-fi dongle + dual tuner+DVBT (AR964).
Sometimes afetr changing channel the screen remain black and also DTT is not available.
Do you have any suggestions?

Connect your USB devices to Powered USB hub, not to overload UNO's slots.

Signal quality BER ? 0 is OK perfect , more than zero is bad.
Time >> RESTRAT BOX on The channel / transponder with good time.

Then you have no signal from your antenna
but why it is difficult to say.

You're still doing something wrong.

Image not affect the signal
but the tuner configuration, Satellite list and antenna installation.

In your case, the error should be looked for in the first two.
