Request vu+ uno starting problem

hi all,
I have my vu+ uno does not want to start, he Display ( strating )
I tried to reinstall back hole with turning off and putted usb drive and press (ch-) and turned on but doesn't working the same message starting .

could youplease advise .

Have you tried another usb stick, these will sometimes give a problem. All other usb sticks should be removed and box switched off for 20 secs. then back on for flash..
