hi have zero 4k running open blackhole when restarting box gui disappears ! can get to it through open webif but have to reset factory settings to get it back !! any ideas happens on obh and blackhole. thanks
 
And what if you press MENU?
Probably, you have non channels scanned and it does not show anything...
If the menu appears, do what it needs.
 
Not on the webif!!!! otherwise you can't understand what's going on in the box!
If I say: "Press MENU", I mean on the remote, of course!
Because if you don't see anything, it might be burnt the video card or the HDMI port.
Please: follow step by step the advices, otherwise we can't be of any help.
 
Yes, this was the 2nd step: but he said he needs to reinstall. Obviously, we have no chance to know if, after the reinstalling, he installed also any strange plugins or skins...

It is a regular occurrence when users install incompatible plugins or illegal panels :( :chair:
