Yes there is a new version of the Zero coming that will support H.265 HEVC (no 4K support though).

Hi, how much more powerful is the processor comparing it to the previous revision?
How much DMIPS it has? It's the same as the old one?

Processor is the same 752mhz as the previous Zero it just has H.265 codec support added.
