Vu + Zero with Blackhole 3.0.1 does not read card

Staff good,
Today, I decided to install the Black Hole 3.0.1, so far, this to like this image but is not reading the card :( anyone know what will or has had the same problem?
I currently have Black Hole 3.0.1 + ***** 2.2.1 and not read before installing had OpenPLI + ***** 2.3.0 and could read the card ...
What can it be?
