hello all,my vuplus has lost scrambled channel,and ***** is not appearing when clicking blue key,before i have the seem problem,and the vendor flashed it with universe image,and it worked,but this time ,i m facing the seem issue,and i need help ,to flash it my self,the vu+ is stoped in welcome screen and freezed.
I ask if i flash it with new image,the *****.cfg will be lost?
