It is a plugin that is made in the old format 1080 x 720 pixels
we use now 1920 x 1080 pixels.
You can use old skins with the same format 1080 x 720
or you can ask author to modify plugin in a better format 1920 x 1080 pixels.

I don't know if this is really a problem, but I've notice that with BH, the signal meters are registering about 10% lower signals from satellites than other images, even Open BH has a stronger measure in the satellite signal meters.
Does these images have signal losses or what? It only happens in BH. Other teams images, open BH and even the original FW doesn't have such a signal attenuation, and the results are more equivalent between them.
In those images I have measured around 52 to 58% in Hotbird and 57 to 68% in Astra1. With BH, the signals are around 38 to 48 in Hotbird and 45 to 58 in Astra1 causing image artifacts in some channels. In BH's previous version, I notice the same issue, but again, until now only happens with this image. Every other image and even Open BH are OK with me.

This means that the Pli-based images (also Open BH) use a different formula for calculating signal strength
compared to orginall VU + orginall coding we use in Black Hole image.
Totally untrue to have better reception of weak signals with Open BH image.
Perhaps the meter but not practical reception.
Then the question arises
whose measurement is precisely this from VU + or Pli base.
I think it's a VU +.
With Pli and Open Black Hole i have to many channels with 100 % signal

since the AGC, control too strong signals
and a signal should not ever be stronger than 99% if the AGC is working properly.
AGC regulating signal
All signals over 100% are weakened in order to prevent signal distortion
in front of the receiver/tuner amplifiers.
All signals below 100% are amplified.
Even more than that.
Drivers used in all the images are the same VU+ drivers
They are the ones that determine the sensitivity of the receiver and not the coding from team additions in to image.

Hello I have same issue which I start having from 2.1.6 I have MyHD Card and cam it's pay DTH service from UAE
Every 1 minute my vu+Dou2 restarts if I go back to Original image or BH 2.1.4 it works fine also with other images my box

1- i installed the new image everything is ok except two plugin they work fine with bh2.1.5.i do not know if can mention their names of not.
2- i kept my personal backup bh 2.1.5 and i tried to install it by open meoboot it does not shows.
3- are all the skins which can i download by the image server compatible with bh 2.1.7 or not?

2 - AFAIK Blackhole 2.1.5 it´s not compatible to start on Open Multiboot ( it was not tested ), you can try it at your own risk!
3 - The skins could be compatible, but i think it´s better that you use fullhd skins as: upgraded today from addons by MX10:
- Skin default
- MX_Graphite
- MX_HQ7

Open Meoboot is not to restore backups but to install other images on USB stick.
For backups you have to use backup panel.
You can use all skins but only new ones use and have full skin coding for new panels.

i mean can install the backup in the hdd by open meoboot?
Take a look to posts from @@Matrix10 on shoutbox, cause there are some fixes to this image!
