vamas,after you have selected expert mode and you have selected your backup location,go back to software management and select backup system settings.After you have flashed the latest image(2.1.1)it will ask you if you want to restore settings.Just press ok and that's it.Job done!You don't have to select the files,it will select them for you.

Is it Ok to do backup on a usb stick 16GB (empty) as my HDD is not available for the time being, and if so is it just confirming the usb as showing up when recognized by vu?

It is all sorted out now with your help!
The only problem is the 3rd party items which are gone but this is not much of a problem.
 
hi i have Black Hole Vu+ Solo 1.7.7 and iwant to updated.
how can i do that please its my firttime to do it by myself
 
good morning to all I have a problem I install the black hole 2.1.1 on cloud ibox mini vu but only after you have installed nn is the boot screen remains black thank goodness nn Bricca maybe something wrong with the decoder
