Good way is change to this version Bh becuse was add new kernel and alot new changes

Looks good, but it seems only problem will be NOT been able to use last back-up settings. Extra hour or so to tune in all satellites.

Well, probably my english is not that good, but unless I miss something here, the link by shiro took me to the discussion on how to use personal backup to restore settings from from previous image version to the newly installed one. Warning I copied and referred above does not recommend doing it.
What do I miss ?

So far I know full BH backup and personal backup only.

It's a backup of settings of your image. (system config, channels list, ...)
