Hello all and thanks for great job.
I'd like to update my Ultimo to 1.7.8 from 1.7.7 but I'm wondering if this could requires also to format (would be a disaster ...) the 2tb hdd I installed. I don't think so but looking for this question I didn't find any right answer.
Please could someone confirm me that hdd data isn't involved at all in image upgrading process ?

Also, what about actual configuration (i.e. lan, wireless but mainly diseqc motor configuration ...) after upgrading ? Do I loss all config ?

Don't worry for your HDD, you will not lose any file and you will not need to format it again.
Before to upgrade the image, you can make a Black Hole Personal Backup and restore it after installing the BH 1.7.8.

Can you say to me where are registered shortcuts towards movies in the mediaplayer because I would like to erase the protected list
I use now " disable " on media list but the old list stay alive

Here are all shortcuts for mediaplayer : /etc/enigma2/playlist.e2pls ( edit and erase all , after you have a virgin mediaplayer )

Oh what an image! i've been playing with my new toy (vuplus ultimo) for the last fortnight and I'm still discovering things. This image is stable, powerful and a joy to use. I have only one gripe and that is that on some channels I have to restart the cam on channel change. Is there a setting (autocam doesn't always seem to work!) or a script that can be used?
