You have to test.
Not all skins on the server have weather in skin OSD
only those in whom this is emphasized in the skin name.

What button coding is change in BluePanel and GreenPanel?

In one version of BH we changed the color of the buttons not only in BluePanel and GreenPanel , already in more panels.
I can not remember in which version.
