Hello to all. I have a big problem and I hope someone help me. This morning during the upgrade with the latest BH, it blocks the progress of the update and on the decoder screen, DUO2, remains the inscription "ubifs update". I waited for quite a while, 30 min. approximately, then I turn off and without giving much thought and thinking it was gone bad the image downloads, or pen drive, I go back to the PC, riscarico the BH and I format the pen drive. I go back to the decoder and nothing is blocking the update at the same point that is marked "ubifs update". Format other pen drive, unloading the image from the official website as well as the penultimate BH. I go back to the decoder I open it and I disconnect the internal HD, I remove the current unplugged for about 20 minutes, I try with various pictures and thumb drive but nothing the decoder you plant in the same spot. The oddity is that it seems to load images: he took the official image but stays with the blue screen in starting. Then after loading the last bh, the decoder is switched on regularly tuning in on the last channel is turned off, as if nothing had happened. Just before I reconnected the internal hd, but I never made any backups. I read here and there that you can be fucking boot or something, and that could be restored with an input null-modem cable to RS232. I sincerely hope that someone knows the answer or who can tell me how to contact the official service: I tried on the mother site, but the "bug report" in "support" does not work. Hello and thanks for the reply. No, I have not installed the 2.1.7. I solved it by copying the last BH image on a card from 512MB stuffed into a USB card reader. The oddity is that I have tried three different card reader, only one worked. Tell me, because I would have to install the 2.1.7?
 
... well, I think I read that USB drive must be formatted in FAT32 .... was this the case with your 512MB stuff ? anyway, since you solved the issue and correctly installed V3, fine then ! ....
 
Yes, the problem is solved, or at least in part. Let me explain, the pen drive I used are all formatted in FAT32, the problem is that some pen drive, I have always used and have always gone well: the last installed BH was 3.0.1c and I had installed with the usual pen drive 4gb. With the installation of bh 3.0.1f it was born the problem. Even now pen drive 4gb and other pen drive that I have always used, they lock in "ubifs update". The decoder looks only recognize the aforementioned card reader with the card from 512MB. What a beautiful mystery.....
 
My problem is different. It stucks on STARTING GUI and doesn't load channels. But I can access the menu. Thinking to send it back to the seller. I have it since a week, and I'll get my money back. It's an original Vu+ Duo2 dual dvb-s and 1 dvb-t with a HDD Toshiba 1 Tb and a BH 3.0.1 F
 
How are you trying to load your channels?
If you can access the menu have you configured your Tuners?
Have you tried a manual scan, of the satellite you're on?
Have you set up your internet connection?
If so check in the Network option, for your receivers IP address, and try connecting to it, from your PC, using the VUCC, VU+ Control Centre.
We need a lot more information, regarding what you've done, and your level of expertise, in order to help you.

I've started a new channel scan. After that my screen moved from blue "starting gui" to the selected channel
