Issuing a scan in my router I found 101 wireless networks in my neighborhood.

Wow!
I think you should select a reasonable wireless channel not user or very less used to avoid wireless problems.

Enable both adapters (wifi and wired) is not a good idea.
Use only one connection per time. If you have the possibility to use wired LAN you should drop all of your wifi problems due (probably) to the high number of wifi networks around you.

I did a test , installing a network cable in my Vu+Duo² , and images are perfect !

I can´t believe that my Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD router can´t manipulate 16Mbps data by wifi !
