Your warranty will be gone when doing either one!! That is for sure.I do not like internal HDDs producing additional heat in the box and I don't like 2.5" . How can I use SATA - eSATA cable with Solo2? Make a black hole in the box? Remove useless SCART?
Hi my friends!
I just bought my new Solo2, can i do the updates with the latest version BH?
thank you
I have installed fresh Plextor M5S 128 GB SSD, but BlackHole 2.02 did not even noticed it after several rebootings. Thanks God, I had VTI in Meoboot that determined the SSD and enabled me to initialize it. Then SSD appeared in BH.
And what about SSD support (TRIM, etc)? (I want to use it for fast meobooting).

All things are possible,
But what does it have the image in Mutiboot,
with those in flash and HDD/SSD
And recognizing the drive.
That has no relationship with the HDD in VTI/multiboot.
It was still something else.
# fdisk -l
Disk /dev/sda: 500.1 GB, 500107862016 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 60801 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sda1 1 60802 488386580 83 Linux
root@vusolo2:~#
# /sbin/mkfs.ext2 -T largefile -m0 /dev/sda1
# mount /dev/sda1 /media/hdd
As Matrix said, It was something else .
What else? You've been installing new SSD HDD on running meoboot configured system (Linux based enigma2). Are you surprised that BH didn't detect it?. Because of reason of stability.
If you want to configure stable BH SSD HDD with Meoboot, you should at first install fresh BH, next install SSD HDD (your SSD HDD will be recognized at 99,99%) and afterthen Meoboot.
It sounds very strangely for me. Imagine, I like to install a new SSD (HDD) in multiboot Windows system ( Win7 and Win8) and somebody recommends me first to reinstall both Windows
This way is for Linux experts. I need friendly BH GUI with plug'n'play function. 99 % of users need the same thing. As I said before, VTI can do that. Why BH cannot?
I like various images and various girls and want them have friendly interfaces
And U like stability despite of their (inter) faces ?
