Solo2 BH 2.1.6 DVB-T problems

After having installed a clean image, I can get updates but then it doesn't provide me with anymore. I believe the path for the software update on my box is wrong but don't know where to find it to fix it. It can connect, it just returns 0updates.
Change DNS of your box to Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and retry.

Still not working.

In order to try and get this working, I had tried other images, the software update wasn't working there either, which makes me think it is the path the box has for making the updates is out of date and hasn't been changed. I would change it but I don't know where to find it or what to change it to.

Put here the /etc/opkg content from your box

Ok seems all correct.
Can you ping the host feeds.vuplus-community.net from your box or from your PC?

PC can ping. So can the box.

I dont understand what is going on. When I put a clean image on, I got 37 updates but since then nothing and it can connect to the network because I can get EPG data loaded and plugins.

Ok. 37 updates from a clean 2.1.7 image moves your image to 2.1.7.1 and after that, no more updates are avaiable ATM.

I just checked the Web interface and the version I'm running is 2.1.7.0. I will check the USB tuner but when I tried uninstalling/installing one of the relevant drivers, it says 0 packages were installed/removed/modified?

Here is a copy of the Software information from the interface:

System OE:3.0
Distro:BlackHole
Firmware version:2.1.7.0
Driver date:N/A
Kernel version:3.13.5
Gui version:2015-07-13-master

I have also just done a retune and I still havent got any channels. The aerial works because the TV picks up a signal. I don't know how to get it to 2.1.7.1.

Is there a way to get the patches specific to the USB tuner as a download from the server and install it manually on the box? I don't understand why the patches aren't moving me to 2.1.7.1.

As said before, there are 30/40 packages from 2.1.7 to 2.1.7.1 and we cannot publish all the packages because there are placed in our feed server automatically after the build.

You can check what version you are running into Menu - Info - About

I'm running 2.1.7.01. Is this the same as 2.1.7.1? If so, I'm still having issues with the tuner and it is still not working. As said before, the drivers aren't downloading.

The web interface is saying 2.1.7.0 too.

Are the packages for 2.1.7.1 available yet? I had this problem in 2.1.6 when 2.1.6.1 came out. I have tried from Software information and Addons and get the same result, 0 packages to update. This is strange. Could it be that the Vu+ key isn't supported for software update?

It's the same.
Can you repost what problems do you have and which box is involved?

Thanks.

DVB Cinergy USB Stick is recognised and mounted by the Solo2. When doing a scan, it doesn't find any channels. I have double checked with various different aerials, including the one supplied with the stick. No difference. I have also checked on the TV and it finds the channels fine.

I'll check with a similar USB DVB-T device and report here what happen.

I did some research into the key in order to know what drivers I need. Is it possible to give me the drivers for AF9015 and drivers related to it as a .tgz to install manually please?

These drivers are already included into BH images. From your debugfile it's clearly shown that the device is correctly detected and initialized.
