Well i finally managed it to work.
If you want to transcode outside your network you must "enable http authentication to yes" and setup a password for your box

have you test the ports with <canyouseeme> ? in vuplayer settings tried to put transcoding function on? and to the ip settings you put your noip address?

Here is how i get working on Vu duo 2 blackhole 3.0.2

Open webif enabled Yes
Show box name No
HTTP port Use your chosen port number ( make sure you open the port in router or modem NAT settings ).
Enable HTTP authentication No
Enable HTTPS Yes
HTTPS port Choose your port number
Enable HTTPS Authentication No
Require client cert No
Smart services Remaining No
Enable Parental control No
Add service name to stream information No

I have a VU+ UNO 4K with a DVB-C FBC tuner, and when i try to make transcoding, in VLC appears always black... but if i try to do stream directly any channel, works well! What can i do to be able to do transcoding?
