Ultimo FPGA update problem

I opened up both boxes and inverted the tuners.
I also installed a new spare dvbs2 tuner that I had on hand.
The result:
- Error on FPGA update.
- No transponder with symbol rate at 45 000 can be received.
- Other chanels can be viewed normally.
- The tuners from the box that has problem wok perfectly on the other ultimo.

Conclusion: The problem is probably on the main board. Same question: Any other method to update FPGA?

I tried sending a message to Vu+ but still no answer.

Update: The dealer asked for the box to be sent back; probable hardware related problem.
