Sorry m8 but without a white needles we must use a white background as Matrix10 stated.
Here are the files of Vfd skin with Analog clock.
This is the final result.
In the .rar file are included:
White background for digital clock & date as in my previous post #15
and
15 different backgrounds for the clock.
How to use them, read the "Read me" in "Extra layouts" folder.

Tested this way.
Before testing I removed all my skin related files from : "fonts" & "vfd_icons" folder.
This way it be like someone new, who didn't have this skin on Ultimo but only standard skin.
Every thing went fine. All needed files are in the appropriate folder and skin installed and work fine.

I'll look at it, but I can't promise anything.
I think that extra icon is not necessary because, if the HD icon isn't led than it means that the channel is SD.
It also won't look nice if the icon is at another place at VFD, because at the row where the icons are isn't enough place for another one.
If it's not HD, then it's an SD and could display exactly where HD displays.

my friend just i think file in addons server is to simple...
i was try change it like your how to in the "Extra layouts" folder but not success
i was add 2 png b_time and b_time1 without delete something
i was add my favorite STB_background_15 renamed to STB_background
restart enigma but not success
my image is Black Hole 2.0.2E

I think you are doing something wrong.
1. Open "Diferent Clock background" folder in "Extra layout"
2. Rename the clock 15 to STB_background
3. Open DCC and and FTP the renamed clock to :/user/share/enigma2/vfd_icons
when you are asked to overwrite, select yes
4. now FTP the other two files from "White background...." folder to: /user/share/enigma2/vfd_icons
select all on overwrite.
No need to restart Enigma, just go on standby and the new layout will be there.
P.S. If you want to try another clock background, first rename clock 15 to STB_background_15.
