Vu+ Uno 4k Se problems

just tested suprabock fix ..but the result is that in this way the function of front (eye blu) panel switch is lost.
so we should investigate ,understand what suddenly happen to receiver making it looping presenting the exit quit panel,and why in my case after switching off and waiting for cooling down it returns to normal fine functionality. imo it's up to some defective component that send wrong command as we were pushing long the STB key on remote and making it in looping. for me repeat is a component issue

now the defect is steady....and it's assumed that the problem is in the touch sensor(blue eye) ,because dismounting the front panel and pcb from it everything get back to work properly. So how to understand what component is broken? the two leds (are fotodiods?) ? Or any component before those ?
is it possible that no other has faced and fixed this issue ?
