vu uno tuner problem

I configured the tuner inputing:


I do not see any Astra 19.2E channels BUT I see all the channels of Hotbird 13.0E !!!

Maybe the problem is with the LNBs or the switch... or it is just the configuration...

Do you have any suggestions? Thank you so much for you help!!!

I think your LNBs are OK. I presume they've worked before.
What switch do you have? what is written on this 'small box'? you've got wrong configuration I think.
