I think you don't know that BH is strongly liased to vuplus original code. Let's say that BH is a different approach to the same image, but its core is the same of the original vuplus. So, every bugs affecting vuplus code affects BH as well and viceversa.
This situation is different in the open projects like OpenBlackHole, whose core is different from the original vuplus image.
That's why you can't complain for a BH bug to BH coders but directly to vuplus.
