I've installed this image and I got the same Wifi problem as reported on the previous version.
I have an original Vu+ Wifi usb stick recognized as RT5370sta till BH1.6.6.
Once installed this version it recognizes it like RT2880usb.
This time I can't even connect my AP (I was able to have something with BH1.6.7)

Going back, again, to BH1.6.6.

I have the same problem with wifi - TP Link TL-WN727N - before RT5370 worked perfectly, now RT2800 - dropouts in connection. Also tried original VU+, the same as TP-link.

have dlink dwa-140 also i now have dropouts too no probs with bh 1.66

But if I install it myself if I should I do؟

i test menu>plugin>manage extension>network>webbrowser but it can not instaled

I want to learn that I can install it separately

I have not tested with BH 1.7.0
but it did with the previous image
plugin on the VuPlus server is not good and therefore can not be installed.
Probably when the plugin is ok you will be able to install
 
i think meoboot plugin is Does not match or damaged
because Some times it not show another image that i instaled it and Some times the first page of meoboot not show and some times i can not change image on first page of meoboot

do you have any idea?
do you confirm my idea?

This means that your USB stick is not well recognized at image
boot
Try to find a USB stick that works well
These are most often the cheapest.
 
For some weeks ago i get my Vu+ Duo. I installed BlackHole 1.6.6 and is very satisfied.
Is there some reason for me to uppgrade to 1.7.0?
If i uppgrade will all my plugins, configuration, channels, epg etc. disappear?

You can migrate your user data using Software Manager and it's backup function.
The Image upgrade is recommended because the box it's very fast and stable with new kernel 3.1.1.

O ye mate-try it and you'll see the difference.Plugins not all -you have find specific way to backup.I usually load clean image(thanks Mx10),and then load all my plugins and it works perfectly.Personal backup between 1.6.6 and 1.7.0 might not work correctly on some plugins

Hi @ all

Have since the new kernel only problems with my Vu + Duo and am back to 1.6.5
From the Image version 1.6.7 freezes the box and can be operated only with on / off switch ...
Did not even read about it here that somebody has the same problem ...
Somehow a pity, would have liked the new 1.7.0 in flash.
Someone an idea?

what ??? very fast and stable ????? something that i have missed here :) i think i is still as slow as before but still stable still owner of an dreambox 7000 that box was unstable

hey angelofsky when do you fix the wireless probs in the new image ???
so it doesent see all wifi as rt2800
