Before checking please note the following:

1. I have now switched to 1.7.8 lite
2. I have noticed that a third tuner appears in my menu but it shows as DVB-S2 (perhaps a restored settings mess up??)

Please, if You have updated CFE need to try reflashing. Remove all devices (usb/hdd) and test.

When you are in the recorded files screen you access with the remote control, just press "menu" button, then choose "delete"

I powered off my vu duo box today, turned it back on and now the 7 day epg is not working, not even showing what tv programmes are currently on when viewing the channel selection menu.
Any idea what would fix this?

No worries, I sorted it.

the only thing that BH team i think they need to fix is every time the box restarts there is no sound on the channel, the only way you can get the sound back to change the channel. the other thing is, after 3 to 4 days the box staying on it does not allow to connect with the DCC or VCC, the only way to fix that is to unplug the box of and back on.

i think on the new image these should be fixed

Look into the epg settings see if any has been changed!
And U can reload the epg info again if U used BH Epg Backup!

I love Bh but I really starting to hate this image.Using for 4 weeks.
Problem is :most of the time reboot when my devices(hdd and usb )aren't recognisable -when go blue blue tand press device manager I get green screen.When I press blue yellow get everything 0,when go to crossepg configure it sees only flash(another stupid thing from sif team -it accidently damage a flash).Sometimes it takes me 5 times to see usb and hdd.(have tried couple more usb sticks and that did not help)
It use to happen with 1.7.7 but not in previous images.Bh team can you fix this please.
I'm very patient Blackhole lover.
Anyway cheers guys for your hard work.

Without crashlogs it's impossible to determine the problem.

I have re-installed 1.7.8 and redi pc 100 is working fine

in 1.7.8 lite this usb receiver is recognised as DVB-Ss receiver and as a result I cannot configure it for terrestrial serveices !!
