As i can see from your previous post ("fdisk -l" output) your disk is correctly detected.
Now you can do the mount in two ways:
1. edit your /etc/fstab as Logan said if you have connected your 3Tb HDD to your box
2. create a script who mounts the disk when you needs (via Green -> Blue buttons - I don't have a box to verify this now, I'm at work now).

It's very strange that your 3TB disk is detected as 800gb.
I've inside my Uno a 1Tb disk and all works correctly.
If you connect the disk to Windows, how much Gbytes are been detected?

in windows 7, the HDD was detected 3T correctly, and work fine!

Have you tested MyTube with a clear image without any plugins that are installed later ??

On SAT there is not any channel who has a DTS track but you can test it with MKV files
