I re-tested MYTUBE
That there is a problem with MyTube but I do not know whether this is the general problem
But we will see what we can do.
 
it is realy great image , thank you guys , i just wanted to know why i cant find my hdd , it says no hdd found why i dont know ?
 
MYTube not working because MyTube START FEED Most viewed does not work and causes crash.
This is not the image BUG but change in MYTube feeds.
I have changed the start FEED to Top favorites and then MYtube working.
So do not use in MYTube settings as a start FEED
the feed that does not work.
So replace MyTube folder
in >>>>/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/MyTube
with the folder in my ZIP file and restart box/image

Very nice image, good work. But I have some bugs for you:

1. Dolby Digital Downmix and DTS downmix should be separated, because i use Dolby Digital downmix for SAT channels but also use DTS passthrough for mkv movies. At this moment I have to switch it all the time which is not comfortable.
2. DTS downmix is working (when i choose DD downmix) but sound (Amplifier shows PCM Sound) is terrible something like wheeze
3. DTS pass through is still terrible - interruption of sound every couple seconds on most of movies - especialy 1080p (ie. Transformers 2, Avartar)
4. Some of 1080p mkvs likes to stop picture (sound still going on). When I go backward (pressing 1 on remote controler) everything working fine.
5. MyTube + Fix - 1080p movies are not working properly. Movie starts and working couple of seconds, then stops, buffering and going on. I have 10mbps ADSL connection - on my laptop with wi-fi - the same movie starts at once and going on till the end without any problems...
 
We are not the authors of the Plug-ins
so MyTube is not our work.
Fix refers only to the crash of enigma and not to the plugin and its working
In my testing some HD movies work well and others do not
for sure 90%+ from all HD movies I have test working in HD .
I have NO Buffering , all play direct .
Im not using wi-fi and I have 25Mbs cable internet.
So the problem is the servers that contain the same
and VU internet connection speed.

I think is not separable because the panel and settings around audio settings are common for DVB services and Media Player.

I've tested the DTS downmix with my Onkyo TX-SR308 and the sound is great and clean.
check your amplifier settings.

DTS passthrough is OK. I've tested it with an MKV 1080p located on internal Hard Disk of Vu+ and all works properly.

Where are stored these MKV files? Internal Hard Disk, NAS, USB disk?

If you want I can mail you invitation to site from which I download all mkv movies (send me PM with your email) – 100% of realases there are scene realases. So I am pretty sure that mkv’s are OK. The problem with DTS exist because I have WD TV2 LIVE player – which plays all that movies without any problem. In WDTV2 I use external USB 2.0 Hard Drive, in VU I use internel SATA-II Hard Drive 500GB Samsung AV series. I don’t know with which movies you are checking VU – but maybe it would be better If you can download from the same source as I to compare.

Where are located the MKV files who have problems? On the internal HDD of your box or anywhere on your LAN? If the files are outside your box (into a NAS or a CIFS/NFS share) the network can cause the problems you have mentioned expecially with MKV who have DTS tracks.
Move the MKV into internal HDD and you should solve the problem.
 
Dear angelofsky1980 what about solution solution for HDD larger than 2Tera?
you can get a look on VTI, the image support the HDD and work correctly!!!!

I haven't a disk larger than 2Tb and I cannot make some tests around this issue.
I will try to make some tests with a friend who has a disk like your and see if there is a problem.
