Divx (Avi) files not fluid - Slow on media Player

Post some infos about files you can try to reproduce with Vu+ box.

As stated by Angelofsky we need more info, I have just tested avi with my Uno and it plays almost perfect except for the known issue of poor fluidity.

maybe you need to give permission 755 to your directory /media/net. I notice that mine has 755 valueI did not mount enything there, this is the first time i do this, and the image is the latest for Uno.
When i try to mount /media/net from the mount manager i get this screen :

I have tried many times to mount folder with Win7.
Windows 7 is much more complicated to share, then Windows XP.
Use UPnP Client DJmout.
Please look or continue with this Thread.

Thank you for your help. I can't make it work at all.
I activated djmount, butt when i press Media player i get green screen every time.
It is the same thing with Win 7 and XP.

Dear Friend.
Green screen is not a folder mount issue.
I don't have VU+ Uno but if the problem is only on your receiver,
and not reported by other owners, try to re-flash with Latest or Older image and Test again.
I know there is slow sync issue with Dvix/Avi for Uno but is going to be fixed very soon.
With WinXP use mount wizard (cifs) works perfect.

I can confirm the poor fluidity of divx videos on VU+ UNO with Mediaplayer in BH 1.6.6. Many of these divx/xvid skip or loose frames, so I'm not "happy" viewing my divx.
Mkv just works fine!
VU+ UNO is one of the best Linux sat decoders, so please update drivers!
PS: any rumor about xbmc on VU+ UNO?

Yes, on vu+ uno divx doesn't play good, mkv works fine but i have problem with mkv with dts they aren't so fluid

Hallo, i have tested the 20111109 drivers.Many problems with original DivX codec are solved but the problems with alternative XviD codec continue.

More new drivers released today, I have not tested yet though.
