Duo2 LCD4Linux lcd display layouts

Hi @simon123, are you talking about Lcd4Linux ( Lcd screen in duo2 ), or about the display ( middle display of the DUO2, that is called VFD screen )?

I think you are just a liitle bit confused with DUO2 display names.

I need more details:

- Doesn't work?
- Do you have only one screen?
- You have severall screens, including StutterTV, but you wants less screens?
- You want to increase time, between changing from screen to screen?

hi I have only one screen ie tv but it keeps moving from side to side I would like it to stay still like the tv is this possible

Are you referring StutterTV only on LCD display.

Ok ... Default settings ( during 5s )
StutterTV ( 30 min ).

After 30 min in the same channel service ... It will display information from the service ( during 5s ) ... and another ( 30min ) StutterTV display ... and so on ...


Note:

Unpack the lcd4config.zip file to a folder at your choice on your PC.

By FTP upload the unpacked file "lcd4config" to /etc/enigma2 folder in your STB.

Reboot your STB.

What, it doesn't work? Have you rebooted your Duo2?
Take a look at lcd4linux plugin, in plugins browser to see if it is setted to YES.
If setted to NO, set it to YES, Press <GREEN> key to save and reboot your STB.

A little tweak.

Fix for handling picons in:
  • /media/usb/picon
  • /media/hdd/picon
During watch SAT or CABLE services:

Later i will try only StutterTV, because my wife is using the STB, although i don´t see any advantages on DUO2, to have only StutterTV defined, but this is another question.

I don´t agree, but i will try to do it for you.

Note: You can increase the time till 5 hours ( for 2nd screen = StutterTV ), and when you change the service it will display the first screen only 5s.
